What is the European Medical Awards?

How are institutions selected for evaluation?

Institutions may be considered through direct application or through a limited, selection-based invitation process.

Invited institutions are identified based on publicly available information and initial internal review.

How many awards can one institution receive?

By default, one award is granted per institution.

A maximum of two awards may be allocated in cases where strong performance is demonstrated across multiple distinct categories.

What score is required for recognition?

Institutions must achieve a minimum score of 75/100 within the weighted evaluation framework.

Only institutions meeting or exceeding this threshold are eligible for recognition.

What is the evaluation based on?

The evaluation may include submitted documentation, publicly available patient feedback and reputation signals, treatment structure and communication processes, and observable service consistency.

Additional information may be requested where necessary.

Is submission required?

Yes.

Only institutions that submit the required documentation via email can be fully evaluated.

Incomplete submissions may not be considered.

Can recognition be purchased?

No.

Recognition cannot be purchased. Payment, sponsorship or advertising has no influence on evaluation outcomes.

Are documents required in English?

No.

Documents may be submitted in any language. Non-English materials may be reviewed using automated translation tools.

The European Medical Awards is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from automated translation.

Does the European Medical Awards perform audits or on-site inspections?
